Tan booster that you’ll love!
Since is summer, most of as looking for a way to catch a bit more sun. Today i want to share with you my favourite hack to get darker skin quicker. Can you guess?
Here is a hint:
Yes you guessed right. Carrots!
Carrots are full of beta carotene. Beta carotene is an organic red-orangey pigment found in plants and fruits and is responsible for enhancing skin’s pigmentation. Therefore, consuming a small amount of beta carotene before your visit to the beach, can boost your tanning process.
I’m used to drink one small carrot smoothie each morning before I go to the beach. My next step is high sun protection and a tan maximiser. My favourite after sun product is Lancaster after sun Tan Maximiser.
Carrot smoothie recipe:
- 2 large carrots
- 1 orange
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1-2 cups of water
Carrot juice recipe:
- juice of 2 large carrots
- 1 small piece of ginger
- juice of 1 orange
- of 1/4 lemon
This is my tip for the perfect long lasting tan this summer. Doing that all summer my tan lasted for weeks even months after summer was over.
